About the retailer

Fragrance World Kenya is an independent perfume retailer based in Nairobi, Kenya. Brand names, product names, logos and trademarks displayed on product pages belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered for sale. We are not the official website or authorised representative of a designer brand unless a listing clearly states otherwise.

Product information

We aim to provide accurate product names, sizes, concentrations, prices, conditions and images. Packaging may change because of manufacturer updates or different production batches. A material difference in the product will be disclosed rather than presented as the same item.

Inspired fragrances, decants, testers, open-box items and clearance products must be identified by their actual type and condition on the relevant listing or before the order is confirmed.

Orders and stock

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted after stock, price, customer details and payment have been confirmed. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error is discovered, we will contact the customer before dispatch and may offer an alternative or refund the affected payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise. The payment methods currently available are shown during checkout or confirmed when an order is placed through WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Kenyan consumer law.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false order information or use the website for unlawful activity. Account holders are responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
